We will identify the required equivalent functionality in the new system and produce a Statement of Work for the migration process.

Database Conversion:

In this phase of the project we convert the system definitions: Users, reports, document types, Indexing rules, permissions setting and distribution policies. Some of this work is automated but manual intervention is required often since the two systems do not offer 100% compatible functionality

Business Logic Migration:

In this phase we create the business logic rules in the new system/platform from the existing legacy system. We will work with your functional team to validate the flow of business data.

Documentation and Quality Assurance:

Our engineers will document the new system settings and will guide the local team on using and maintaining it. We stay on the project until the last element of the new system is tested and functioning in production.
